All-on-X ZR are full-arch zirconia restorations designed for completely edentulous patients or cases with advanced tooth loss. These restorations are supported by four, six, or more implants. Developed for patients with high aesthetic expectations, this system combines the biocompatibility of zirconia with modern digital manufacturing technologies and does not include a metal framework.

What Is the All-on-X ZR (Zirconia) System?

In All-on-X ZR systems, the main body of the restoration is fabricated from zirconium dioxide, a material known for its high strength and excellent light transmission. The term “X” refers to the number of implants supporting the restoration, such as All-on-4 or All-on-6, while “ZR” indicates that the framework is made entirely of zirconia.

Because the system does not contain a metal framework, there is no risk of discoloration or gray shine-through at the gingival margin. This characteristic makes All-on-X ZR restorations especially suitable for patients with thin gingival biotypes and high smile lines.
